Powerswitch has been updated with new customer service ratings from our latest survey of energy provider satisfaction.
The customer service ratings displayed on Powerswitch come from the latest Consumer NZ survey of energy provider satisfaction, published in July 2011.
We surveyed members of consumer.org.nz during June 2011. We asked them about the overall performance of their energy provider, any problems they'd experienced and whether they had changed suppliers in the previous 12 months. Over 11,000 of our members took part in the survey.
