Winners of our appliance reliability survey draw.
Thank you to all who took part in our 2011 survey of appliance reliability. We had an excellent response from nearly 11,000 members. The winners of our $500 cash draw were Cathy Hunter and Colin Patten.
Our findings on the reliability of washing machines, dishwashers, cooktops and stoves, vacuum cleaners, camcorders and mobile phones, and members’ ratings of the service they received from retailers, will be published later this month.
Next month we’ll be surveying computer and printer reliability. We hope you’ll take part.
