Prestige Premium pressure cooker

Prestige Premium pressure cooker

Improvements have been made to the Prestige pressure cooker we tested in May.

Our test of pressure cookers earlier this year included the Prestige Premium. It rated “good” for cooking performance, which meant it lagged a bit behind the others in the test. We also found it a little tricky to close and lock the lid.

We were pleased when Prestige Housewares got in touch with us recently – they wanted us to know they’ve taken our findings on board. Improvements have been made to the pressure cooker to speed up cooking times, and the catch on the lid has been altered to make it easier to close and lock.

We haven’t re-tested the Prestige Premium. But if these improvements have made a difference, it’ll be a reasonably priced option that’s worth considering.
