Speeds
All ISPs in New Zealand use claimed maximum speed as a measure of broadband. The justification for this is that broadband speed can be affected by many factors: the ISP, the website you're visiting, your distance from the exchange, home wiring, and radio noise, to name a few. In many cases, consumers are unlikely to be able to achieve the stated maximum speeds.
"Unconstrained" means that no artificial speed restriction is applied to the line. However, as above, many consumer are unlikely to be able to achieve theoretical maximum speeds.

Monthly traffic caps
Some Actrix plans have a daily rather than monthly traffic cap. When daily allowance is reached, speed will be reduced to 64Kbps until midnight when it returns to full speed
