The following products are affected:
- 1000 Hour eyelash & brow dye kit, natural black (APN 9313312073015)
- 1000 Hour eyelash & brow dye kit, blue-black (APN 9313312073039)
Sold at Kmart stores and pharmacies nationwide from December 2005.
What to do
Stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
