Kmart children's zip jackets
The problem
The zips of the jackets have a faulty stopper. When in the open position, the slide puller can be removed from the zip by sliding directly over the stopper, and could potentially be swallowed.

- 78859, 79235 - Diego Fleece Top
- 79985 - Hot Chilli Hoodie
Style numbers are on the rear of the sizing tag, on the back neck of the garment.
Sold at Kmart stores from January 2009 onwards.
What to do
Cease using the jacket immediately and return it to any Kmart store for a full refund.
