The problem
Due to a manufacturing fault the electrical insulation of the clothes rack may fail, leading to a risk of fire.
Details
Drybars heated clothes rack, batch numbers 912, 917, 921 and 932. The batch number can be located on the back of the control box.
Sold at The Heated Clothes Rack Company, Mitre 10, Bunnings, Designer Direct stores and selected home shows.
What to do
Unplug and stop using the clothes rack immediately. If you purchased the clothes rack from Mitre 10, Bunnings or Designer Direct, return it to the nearest store for a full refund.
