Drybars heated clothes rack update
The Heated Clothes Rack Company has gone into liquidation and can no longer provide refunds, repairs or replacements. Please see ‘What to do’ below for more information.
The problem
Due to a manufacturing fault the electrical insulation of the clothes rack may fail, leading to a risk of fire.
Details
Drybars heated clothes rack, batch numbers 912, 917, 921 and 932. The batch number can be located on the back of the control box.
Sold at The Heated Clothes Rack Company, Mitre 10, Bunnings, Designer Direct stores and selected home shows.
What to do
The Heated Clothes Rack Company has gone into liquidation and can no longer provide refunds, repairs or replacements. If you bought one of the affected Drybars models from Mitre 10, Bunnings or Designer Direct, return it for a full refund.
