Dunlop Defy bicycle
The problem
It may be difficult to tighten the four head stem bolts enough to stop the handlebar from moving. The loose handlebar may move forward or back causing users to lose control of the bicycle.

What to do
The handlebar and stem will require replacement if you are experiencing this difficulty. Ensure that the bicycle is not ridden again and contact Pacific Brands Holding (NZ) Ltd on 0800 504 503 to arrange a new handlebar and stem.
