The valve of the inflatable ball on these toys can come off and pose a choking hazard to young children.

The following products are affected:
- Fisher-Price Baby Gymtastics Bat & Score Goal, product number K0476.
- Fisher-Price Baby Gymtastics 1-2-3 Tetherball, product number J0327.
- Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Kick & Crawl Aquarium, product number C3068.
Sold at department stores and nursery retailers throughout New Zealand from October 2003 to July 2008.
What to do
Remove the inflatable ball from the product and keep it away from young children. Do not discard the inflatable ball. Call 0800 174 063, email infoaust@mattel.com or visit www.service.mattel.com to arrange a repair kit, a replacement product or full refund. Do not return the product to a retail store.
