Gecko glue guns
The problem
The trigger of the glue gun may malfunction, and in rare cases the melted glue may flow back and cause an electrical short circuit.

The products can be identified by the approval number and product code on the label, located on the side of the glue guns (see right).
Sold through OfficeMax stores from February 2010.
What to do
Stop using the glue gun immediately and return it to the place of purchase for a free replacement model.
