The problem
Some cheese-flavoured sausages have been incorrectly packaged as ‘Chinese honey’, posing a potential risk to people with allergies to milk protein.

Hellers Sensational Chinese Honey Sausages 1kg with a use by date of 18/03/10. Sold in supermarkets throughout the North Island from 5 February 2010.
What to do
The cheese pieces are clearly visible in the affected sausages. If you are allergic to milk protein it is advised not to consume the sausages. Return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or phone 0800 HELLERS with any queries.
