These products have been found to contain unacceptable levels of substances which may release cyanide when digested.

The following products are affected:
- Mayur tapioca chips, 200g.
- Mayur tapioca slices (masala), 200g.
With the batch number ‘MZ-1’ and a best before date of 10/11/2010 (for both products).
Sold in Indian food stores in Christchurch, Wellington, Palmerston North and Auckland.
What to do
The products should not be consumed. Any person concerned about their health should seek medical advice. Return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund or phone 021 686 686 with any additional queries.
