Phil & Teds Explorer and Hammerhead strollers. With a serial number from 0610/0001 to 0111/4788 (series 1). The serial number can be located on the outer left hinge. Sold throughout New Zealand from July 2010 to December 2010
What to do
Do not return the stroller. Register online at www.philandteds.com/support or call 0800 119 437 to arrange a free replacement frame and step-by-step instructions to install it.
