The problem
If the clamps of the highchair are not sufficiently tightened to a table top the chair may fall, potentially causing serious injury to the child.

Phil & Teds Metoo portable highchair, sold throughout New Zealand from April 2006 to March 2010. The product date code can be found on the underside of the seat base.
Only chairs with exposed aluminum clamps are affected. Recent models have rubberised sheaths over the clamps and are not affected.
