The problem
The toy tray of the activity centre contains small parts which may pose a choking hazard to young children.
Details
The activity centres are a hard plastic infant walker frame with toy tray and activity creatures.
The following products are affected:
- Safety 1st Natures Creatures activity centre 2-in-1, model number 528.
- Safety 1st Natures Creatures activity centre 3-in-1, model number 588.
Model numbers can be found on the inside base of the activity centres.
Sold through Kmart and specialty retail stores between July 2009 and July 2010.
What to do
Ensure the activity centre is out of reach of young children. Call 0800 628 000 or email customerservice@igc.co.nz to arrange a replacement tray free of charge.
