General retail products sold in Countdown, Woolworths, Foodtown, New World, Pak'n Save, Fresh Choice and SuperValue supermarkets nationwide.
Food service products sold in Gilmours stores.
What to do
Do not eat the lasagna; return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Call 0800 454 9469 for more information. Anyone concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
