The following blenders are affected:
- Tiffany 1.5L Stainless Steel Blender with glass jug, model BLS1.
Sold at The Warehouse stores in 2006. - Homemaker 1.5L Stainless Steel Blender with glass jug, model HMBLSK.
Sold at Kmart stores in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
What to do
Cease using the blender and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. For more information contact 0800 408 454.
