buying beds Posted by: sooz 29 Jul 2011 10:48pm

After exhaustive research I bought a new mattress which I am very happy with. It is an innersprung with pillow top layers. However I wish I had done what my sister (who also has a bad back) opted for. She bought a good basic innersprung with no pillowtop which allowed her to add her own layering i.e sheepskin, latix topper. This means that she can regulate what she has underneath her and be more cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I find the pillowtop really hot in the summer and can't remove it!

Oh, I forgot to add - it was about $1,000 cheaper too!

Pillows Posted by: Grace Hooper 25 Jul 2009 1:36pm

Have there been any tests done on pillows? I don't like feather pillows as the feathers eventually push through the seams and become messy.
Thank you.
