I suffer from haemochromotosis (its quite common amongst people who's genes originate in the British Isles), which I manage through diet. It seems virtually impossible to find breakfast cereals in NZ which are not iron enriched. Why is this?

What do the red ticks beside some of the cereals stand for?
Thanks

nowhere does it explain what the coloured stars under the fat/sugar etc columns mean!
