We have a 30 foot tree in the garden one puppy and seed pods have caused him to stratch, itch has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions apart from removing?

I thought I would be able to plant anything in my new garden but now understand that the closeness to the beach will have an effect. Great information on this site and I am now excited about the alternatives to what I usually plant.
