Would have loved to see Ryvita included in your test- they seem to meet the criterea for healthy crackers, and are wheat free which could be a bonus for some people
Your report will save the eyesight squinting at the information tables on the packets, thank you. However, I think it is a pity you didn't include Huntley & Palmers Reduced Fat Cream Crackers which rate very well. Per 100g: Energy, 1660kj: Total fat, 4.3g: Saturated fat (the baddy) < 1g: Sodium, 180mg: Fibre, 6.5g. They tend to be quite brittle but they go well with chutney, quince or apple jelly, and cheese. However, when having that wee nibble, feeling safe with the reduced saturated fat and sodium you have to be careful NOT to load up with blue vein cheese!
