Showerdome? Posted by: d.e.b 11 Jul 2011 9:44pm

hi
Showerdome seem to be advertising heavily at the moment. They claim that installing a showerdome onto your shower cubicle will rid the rest of the bathroom of steam and condensation, (and i assume eliminate the need for extractor fans). Has anyone had any experience with a showerdome? Does consumer have any information on it?
thank you.

where is the test? Posted by: Ainsley Lewis 30 May 2010 1:29pm

There was a comparative test a couple of years ago - where is that now?
I just rejoined consumers and find they don't have tests anymore?
Whats the point?

Extractor fans Posted by: Tony Wakelin 12 May 2010 11:27am

Definately need comparison tests. In the process of choosing fans for new build (6 required) have all the Manrose info and even phoned them as I needed to shift air approx 10m. Gave me model no. but it was not even listed or on their website! I'm getting more confused every time I think of it!

No data Posted by: David Blanchard 05 Feb 2010 7:23am

I was at Bunnings yesterday looking for an extractor fan but on all the fans i looked at I couldn't find any performance data at all - not one said either air flow rates or motor wattage. Very frustrating!

Hi, Definitely keen on a comparison of models.

We would really appreciate a test on bathroom heating. Especially 3 in 1 Extractor Fan/Heater/Light as well as Fan heaters v. Infra Red. Thanks
