Henna
cons

I have been using Heena for more than 10 year once a month. I like the red tint it gives to my hair but now my hair are greying and the henna gives orange colour which I don't like so I was considering dyeing but after reading this article I don't want to take risk.

I used Herbatint a few years ago because I was concerned about the link between dark permanent hair dyes and bladder cancer and so I was looking for a more natural alternative. The first time I used it everything was fine but the second time I noticed what seemed to be dandruff. The third time I finished up on antibiotics for infective dermatitis of the scalp.I now seem sensitive to any hair dye which is very disappointing seeing that I had never had a reaction before in the many years of dying my hair with supermarket dyes.I have been using henna this past few years which colours my grey to a certain extent and does not cause any reaction.
