I believe you omitted the noodle with the largest market share, Maggi 2 minute noodles BEEF, would have been nice to know how they stack up.

You mention that "Unlike most instant noodles (which are fried), Maggi Extra Delicious Noodles are baked – so they’re lower in fat". Unfortunately you are being sucked in by the manufacturers' marketing, since there are plenty of "baked not fried" products that are actually higher in fat than fried products -- the manufacturer simply adds all the fat before baking the product.

I try to avoid giving my children MSG. I can't find any instant noodles stocked at my local supermarket that don't have MSG. It would have been valuable to have mentioned if any artificial additives have been added.

This is a good report with some useful info. The more information out there about choosing processed foods wisely the better.
