where is the ordinary food?

I think that this would have been much more useful if it had included normal food such as bread for sandwiches, sandwich fillings (e.g. sliced meat, spreads, etc), real fruit, and real vegatables.

How do you write up the requirements? considering that these days researchers say saturated fats are better than unsaturated fats for cooking...
Also, other than nutritional aspects, we are coming to light that many preservatives once thought alright is now under scrutiny and seems they won't make it...
