But Im sure the neighbouring subdivision's eventual new home owners will start whining about lost sun (after 2:00) and lack of views.
The resource consent has gone through for earthworks and walls etc, but the
houses building consents are yet to go through.
How do we find out these things?
I usually findout when the diggers come in.
Does council have a duty to notify neighbours or should we read the newspapers?
