I too would like to see an update and an assessment of the different companies that manage villages, if this was possible

Hi you replied to Charles and Joan that you would be updating the information on retirement villages in early 2011.

It's now almost mid-2011 and there seems to be no sign of the update.

Have I missed something? Hanging in here hopefully.....

Hi, does anyone out there have any POSITIVE experiences when they decide to leave a village, or when there is the need for family to sell the unit/licence to occupy???

Hi Isn't about time this important area was looked at again give then new legislation has been in force a couple of years and retirement village numbers seem to be growing like Topsy.

Hi, I agree totally with Charles. This area should be reviewed on an annual basis, with the huge future increase in demand only increasing power to the limited supply of retirement village owners!

Please consider a review soon.
