www.global-battery.co.nz NOT in NZ

Similar story - site is designed to look like a NZ company, including NZ post logo. Battery arrived shipped from Singapore, soon proved to be faulty. E mail contact was answered promptly but I had to return battery to China at my cost ($15) before they would consider replacement. I'm still waiting for replacement/refund. Closer look at website (after reading Consumer advice) would have made me suspicious.
Be careful!

It claimed to be 100% legitimate but the DVD boxset I received was fake and it appears impossible to get my money back.
Whilst the website looked normal and I thought I was buying out of the Australia. It was actually coming from a company in China.
