We've registered with the 'do not call' and 'do not send' registers but still get pestered by cold callers on the phone, especially HRV. We've told them before we don't want them calling and to take us off their list, but they still do. We've also told them we're on the not to call list, but they say they're not a member of the NZ marketing association and don't have a "list". We are totally ex-directory so how do they still get our phone number and how can we get them to stop calling? Many thanks
