Which yoghurts are the best everyday choices?

Yoghurt has moved on from being just a spoonful on your cereal each morning. The recent growth in "premium" products means many yoghurts are best kept as an occasional dessert rather than served up for breakfast every day.

We looked at the labels of more than 70 yoghurts and compared their energy, total fat, saturated fat and total sugar content.
