Renewing your subscription to consumer.org.nz
All our online subscriptions are auto-renewing. That means you don't need to do anything to renew. Your subscription payments will be automatically debited from your nominated credit card account until you tell us you wish to change or cancel.
For annual, quarterly and premium subscriptions, we'll send you an email at least 2 weeks before each auto-renewal is due, reminding you that the payment will be processed.
We do not send email reminders for monthly subscriptions.
Billing cycles explained
Your first payment is debited from your credit card when you complete the subscription process. (Note that when we have a free trial offer, the first payment is debited at the end of the free trial period, unless you have cancelled your subscription during the free trial.)
Subsequent charges are debited according to your subscription type:
- Monthly Auto-Renewing
Example: If you subscribe on June 10, the due date for your next payment is July 11. - Quarterly Auto-Renewing
Example: If you subscribe on June 10, the due date for your next payment is September 11. - Annual Auto-Renewing
Example: If you subscribe on June 10, 2004, the due date for your next payment is June 11, 2005.
