Commerce Commission filed charges.

A mobile trader has been arrested and appeared in the Auckland District Court today after the Commerce Commission filed charges under the Crimes Act and the Fair Trading Act.

The trader is Vikram Mehta, a former director of Flexi Buy Limited. He is charged with obtaining money from customers by deception and accepting payment from customers without intending to supply the goods.
