The problem

Some 2017 Merida Mountain Bicycle models have been recalled. The handlebar may bend or break which could cause a fall.

Details

The following models, sold from December 2016 to June 2017, are affected:

  • 2017 ONE-FORTY 500
  • 2017 ONE-SIXTY 5000
  • 2017 ONE-SIXTY 7000
  • 2017 ONE-TWENTY 7.800
  • 2017 ONE-TWENTY 9.800

What to do

Stop riding the bicycle and return it to the place of purchase for inspection and replacement parts if required.
