The problem

Griffin’s Foods Ltd has recalled a specific batch of its Griffin’s Choc Chippies Muesli Bars because it contains undeclared peanuts. This is due to the box containing Nice & Natural brand Roasted Nut Bars (Mixed Berry).

Details

Affected Griffin’s Choc Chippies Muesli Bars have the date marking Best Before 14 Sep 17.

The product is packaged as six individually plastic-foil wrapped muesli bars in a 180g cardboard box. It is sold in supermarkets and retail outlets throughout the South Island.

Check the date marking on the cardboard box.
