Recall: Kids II Oball rattles

The rattle beads could release from the chamber and pose a choking hazard.

The problem

Kids II has recalled its Oball rattles because the orange beads could release from the chamber. This poses a choking hazard to children, especially those under 3 years of age.

Only rattles sold after 1 January 2016 are affected. They have one clear plastic rattle chamber with all orange beads and can be identified by the following:

  • Product number: 81031
  • Date code starting with the letter "T": T3065, T0486, T1456, T2316 and T2856. The date code is located on a small triangle on the inner surface of the rattle.

What to do

Immediately take the recalled Oball Rattle away from small children.

Call 0800 003 068 (9am – 7pm) or visit the Kids II website for how to claim a refund.

You'll be requested to cut up the product and provide a photo of the destroyed product.
