The problem

Holstens has recalled some of its Outdoor Festoon / Bistro string lights. Some of the fittings have been fitted with reverse polarity.

If someone attempts to remove a light bulb while the power is connected, and touches the metal side of the light bulb fitting while it is still in contact with the holder, they may experience an electric shock.
