The problem

Some TriggerTech Crossbow Trigger models have been recalled. Rollers on the triggers can crack, causing the crossbow to discharge without trigger activation. This could injure the user or bystanders.

Details

TriggerTech Rem 700 Carbide Triggers and AR15 Carbide Triggers are affected.

The triggers used in crossbows can be identified by the model number and corresponding serial number or date code. The serial number/date code can be found on the side of the Rem 700 and AR15 triggers.

What to do

Stop using the recalled triggers and return them for a free replacement trigger with stainless steel rollers.
