Why you should update your system

A few minutes is all it takes to be up to date.

You may have noticed that we have a new website. But because of our new changes you need to do us a favour and update some of your systems.

This isn’t such a bad chore. Updating your operating system (OS) and browser are excellent ideas to keep your computer up to date and safe. Not to mention that a whole lot of websites will look and work better.

Let’s start with the OS.

If you are using Windows XP or Windows Vista you really need to upgrade if you can. Both of these systems are no longer being supported by Microsoft, which means your system is much more vulnerable to malicious software. If you are unable to upgrade, then we recommend you make sure you've updated your anti-virus program and that you're using a completely up-to-date version of your browser.

Our new website has been optimised for the latest versions of web browsers and operating systems. If you’re experiencing any technical difficulties with our site please make sure your browser is up to date.

The Consumer website requires JavaScript to be enabled. Please click on this link and the message in the box will tell you if you have Javascript enabled. If you do not, please follow the instructions to enable it.

JavaScript makes web pages functional for specific purposes and if disabled, the content or the functionality of the web page can be limited or unavailable.

Then you should be good to go!
