I twice requested copies of their hearing aid guide and each time I was promised a copy in the mail. Each time i got a letter listing their branches and no guide. Not sure if its just incompetence or they have black-listed me. This exercise has just reinforced my earlier comments.
No, this business has too many drawbacks.

Very professional. Both listened to me and explained carefully to me the pros and cons and what solution would suit me best.
Followed up my first visit, with fittings and lots of after sales care. The best thing that suited me after the hearing aids, was a Phonak phone that talks to both of my hearing aids at once. Excellent. :-)
I think the main thing with any hearing aid advice etc is a good / professional audiologist.
Yes they did recommend the hearing aids of their parent / partner company but they did justify this with a discussion about quality of product and speed of service, should that ever be needed. The price was high but was followed up with lots of free after sales support / adjustments etc.
Yes, I recommend this business.

Our advisers have followed up with Wal. He's requested a copy of Triton's free independent guide to hearing aids. This includes information about a range of hearing aids that are not manufactured by Triton's parent company. Triton also sells a range of hearing aids, not just those they manufacture.
Fairly hard sell in my experience. Public offers of free independent hearing aid test data dissolved when i asked for it.y advised that "it would be too complicated for you to understand" even when I advised i was a professional consulting engineer.
Triton along with all the "big chain" hearing clinics only offer their own vastly overpriced limited choice of hearing aids. Definitely shop around and after costly experience i would recommend including any independent hearing clinics in your area.
Maybe, it depends on what you're after.
