Bathroom grime can be tough for a cleaner to remove.
We’re dedicated to getting NZ consumers a fairer deal. We provide as much information as we can for free but we rely primarily on membership and donations to fund our work. Our cleaning score is a measure of how well the cleaner removes soft soap scum. We clean a tile that’s had soft soap scum baked on, and measure light reflectance before and after scrubbing to assess cleanliness. Find out more about how we test bathroom cleaners.
Hydrogen Peroxide, Benzalkonium Chloride
It cleans the shower well.
The fumes are excessive and affected my throat and airway to the point where I had to stop spraying the shower. I then had to run and leave the room periodically to take a big breath of air and then hold it so I could continue spraying the shower. Even some time afterwards the room was still filled with fumes and a strong chlorine smell even though it was well ventilated. The fume smell remained the following day. I do not feel I used an excessive amount of the product - I was just giving a quick spray. So I will not continue to use this product as I feel it may be toxic.
No, this product has too many drawbacks.
