Good points

  • Very good oven performance.
  • Very good for steaming.
  • Easy to use.
  • Has very easy-to-use touch controls with clear diagrams and prompts.
  • Very easy to refill water tank during cooking.
  • Has a wireless food probe to indicate when meat, fish and poultry are cooked.
  • Has a steam-cleaning function.
  • Glass and fingerprint-resistant stainless steel exterior is easy to clean.
  • Visibility through the oven door is good.
  • Very comprehensive instructions with recipe book.
  • Has a child lock.

But

  • No separate grill tray (the oven tray is “universal” and used as a shelf and a grill rack).
  • No telescopic runners.
  • Oven shelf rolls out loosely and both oven shelf and tray can be accidentally pulled all the way out (even though they have stoppers).
  • The oven shelf has a raised bar at the front which makes it difficult to slide out dishes and flat baking trays.
  • Touch controls may not respond if moisture and grease are on the controls.
  • Grill element can’t easily be lowered for easy cleaning.
  • Difficult to view food cooking on top shelf.
  • Need to maintain water tank regularly.
  • Steam escapes when the door is opened so you need to step away once the door is opened (danger of steam burns).
