Satisfied in every way

Pros

I was looking for a genuine all-purpose cook's knife which felt good in the hand. This one does, has maintained its edge, is easy to sharpen and is genuinely all-purpose. Am pleased.

Excellent knives - well worth the cost!

Pros

Everything about the Classic range is superb. Great weight and balance, coupled with beautiful size and proportion make them the best knives I've ever owned for kitchen use.

Even out of the box they are sharp but do benefit from a quick swipe on the stone followed by a strop.

They look great and improve with age and use - but NEVER go near a dishwasher with ANY fine blade, always hand wash!

I use this particular knife almost daily for just about all meal preparation chores.

Cons

None at all (and I have over a dozen!)

Recommend it?

Yes, I recommend this product.
