Has a fantastic zoom. has an articulated screen. reasonable weight. not as heavy as the big DSLR's, quick start up to allow photo to be taken almost immediately after it is turned on. Very accurate auto focus in good light,
some low light conditions it seems to take a while to stabalise the auto focus. No problem in good light.
