Fantastic sharp images - real wow factor
25 x zoom range without having to change lenses. Used for a month of travelling in South America and coped with close ups from a few centimetres, to a mountain 20kms away.
Great image stabilisation - surprisingly sharp images even when travelling on a gravel road.
Ability to output RAW format for post photo processing.
High speed burst mode to capture the right moment.
Good low light performance. Generally only use flash for lightening shadows on bright, sunny days.
Menu system is complex and can take a while to master. Recommend reading either of the 3rd party books published about how to make the most of the camera.
Auto focus sometimes struggles to keep track of fast moving objects in poor light.
Yes, I recommend this product.
