A comprehensive kit of very good quality with excellent first aid and food rations, and a reasonable torch and radio. It's the only premade kit to include a spare set of batteries for torch and radio. You'll need to add most toiletries yourself. The kit includes a clear and comprehensive checklist of items to add but you wouldn't fit everything on the list in the bag supplied. The kit includes a clear list of items in the kit and how to use them, as well as an emergency planner, contacts list and list of tasks to do before you evacuate.
