This band-shaped tracker looks pretty simple, but it has a small touch screen that lets you read notifications from a connected phone and control music. It’s also one of the models that allow you to go swimming with it on. The small monochrome touch screen will show basic info on your workout.

It's quick to connect and keep synchronised with my Garmin Connect phone app, when recording steps, etc.
I love how I receive text messages, Messenger messages, advice of phone calls, it can play music on my phone, get weather reports, and much more - all coming to my wrist. I tend to keep my phone on silent but can answer it as soon as I see who's calling, via my Garmin on my wrist.
I've had mine for 5 years and use it non-stop and I love it.
Battery needs recharging after 3 days.
Yes, I recommend this product.
