It's a handy size, and easy to clean.
I used a Ralta Kitchen Wizz for years and found it to be excellent. I replaced it with this model but have been very disappointed and now avoid using it. The blades (main mixing blade and grater/slicing blade) seemed to become blunt quickly. If I mix a dough type recipe the dough gets stuck under the blade and jams, even in small quantities. The circular flat top attachment, into which you insert a variety of blade, broke early on around the small collar in the centre, preventing the blade fitting in properly, and bending it. I did not buy a new circular attachment as it was quite expensive.
Good for breadcrumbs or mixing butter into dry ingredients. Storage for slicing and grating blade inserts.
Blade does not sit close enough to the bottom so does not cream butter and sugar at all well. Unless working with a large volume of ingredients does not mix mayo or beat eggs well either. Also gap between chute and slicing/grating blades makes it hard to slice last 2cm properly. Lots of attachments and blades that i have never used, nor likely to.
Maybe, it depends on what you're after.
Great, easy to use, chops nuts well as well as mixes cream cheese desserts. Gets well used
The grating option isn't that fantastic especially with cheese - end up doing that one by hand.
Yes, I recommend this product.
In-built storage for all the bits and pieces is great. Also cord storage.
I have had the machine for a couple of years, and it is used infrequently - mainly to make hummus, grate cheese, and make a couple of pavs. The main chopping/processing blade assembly has several cracks in the plastic holding the blade. Not happy at all about that.
Also - one of the grating attachments flew off the plastic assembly it sits in while it was running and basically destroyed itself and the assembly. Not happy about that AT ALL!
No, this product has too many drawbacks.
