We tested the shredders on freshly-cut branches (up to 2cm diameter), dry or semi-dry branches (2-4cm diameter) and leafy green cuttings. We also assessed ease of feeding, tendency to block, access to the blade or roller, and manoeuvrability.

We own this shredder, it shreds larger branches very quickly.
The problem is it won't pull in branches less than about 1cm. We have to send these to the green-waste. I find it scary to use - the way it sucks in branches so quickly and noisily (even with earmuffs). The blades make the branch vibrate - I find it's painful to hold them, perhaps because I'm quite light. My heavier/taller partner doesn't have the same problem using it, so he's in charge of shredding. (btw I enjoy using my Father-in-law's Ozito, I'd rate that much higher than the Supaswift for a smaller person who wants a more peaceful shredding experience!)
Maybe, it depends on what you're after.
