When I advised BNZ that I needed to arrange some additional signatories to my accounts due to the likelihood of starting chemotherapy in the next few months, I was very pleasantly surprised when BNZ Life called me back to remind me of the included "Critical condition" cover, and asking me if I wanted to make a claim. While I haven't so far needed to make a claim, I was hugely impressed that in a rather stressful time they took the time to contact me to ask if they could help. Huge thumbs-up. What other insurer would invite to you to put in a claim?
